Job Title: High School Teacher
Job Summary:
Come teach at Kehilla High School and be a vital part of our educational community. As we enter our third year, we are seeking qualified and passionate teachers to fill open positions in math, science, English, and history. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high school education, a commitment to student learning and growth, and a desire to contribute to the continued success of our school.
Responsibilities:

Teaching:

Develop and implement challenging and dynamic lesson plans for high school students.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and academic excellence.

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of high school students.

Planning:

Collaborate with fellow high school teachers to plan and coordinate curriculum.

Contribute to the development of innovative teaching materials and resources tailored to high school students.

Assist in planning and organizing high school-specific events and activities.

Field Trips and Events:

Drive for field trips as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of high school students.

Plan and organize educational and enjoyable field trips for our Flexible Fridays program.

Contribute to the planning and execution of high school events and activities.

Administrative Tasks:

Depending on interest and experience, take on administrative responsibilities relevant to high school operations.

Contribute to school-wide initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Teaching experience at the high school level.

Teaching certification preferred.
-
Drivers license.
-
Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
